Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. Contact us at infozenthor@gmail.com to start a return. Returns sent without approval won't be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order when it arrives. Contact us right away if it's damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products, perishable goods, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges
For a different item, return your order and place a new one after approval.

EU Customers
If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return, no reason needed. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. If it’s been over 14 days, contact us.
